Athletes Begin Preseason Workouts

Hiiiiii! My name is Lan Lan Lee, and I am currently a senior at HBA. Originally, I was involved in Yearbook Production during the spring semester of my junior year and was planning on taking it both semesters of my senior year. However, Mrs. Sim, our journalism adviser, encouraged me to try out News Production this year. As the Co-Chair of the NHS Fundraising Committee, you’ve probably seen me speak at all-school assemblies, announcing the results of the Spirit Week Fundraisers. I am also involved in helping the Class of 2021 make the most of their final year as the secretary of the Senior Class Council. Because my uncle is the pastor at Bluewater Mission, a good handful of the HBA upper campus faculty and teachers, including Mrs. Sim, have probably seen me running around with my friends and terrorizing the adults as an energetic tot. LOL! I’ve spent most of my quarantine listening to Sydney Senter rave about One Tree Hill, sing the entire Hamilton album, or recite ONE SPECIFIC SCENE from Grey’s Anatomy over and over again. *insert facepalms* People can usually find me in the kitchen throwing whatever is in my fridge and pantry together to create an edible dish…at least I cross my fingers and hope it’s edible. I also love to document the life of my cute, mischievous, white furball, Esther. Welp….that’s all! If you got this far into my bio, I applaud you! BYEEEEEE!
