Cooking Challenge 2018

Both contestants only knew ahead of time that they would be required to use a grill and were not told of the main ingredient until the challenge. They each called in their own sous chefs (senior Reece Goo for Duncklee and junior Chansen Oshiro-Sakamoto for Dixon) to join them in the kitchen. At the end of the challenge, a panel of three judges—senior Natalie Kwon, Math teacher Terence Li and Student Services Secretary Michele Oda—picked a winner based on taste, presentation and creativity.
